Prior to purchasing this repair service please contact us via the 'Contact' tab with any known issues, and to request a quote. Once the initial quote is approved you will receive shipping instructions, so the camera can be diagnosed, a formal repair order can be submitted for payment, and repairs can be started. 

After placing the repair request, the customer will be contacted with shipping instructions and return shipping address verification. The service lead time is 5-14 days from delivery to our facility. 

Repairs of flooded cameras may be rejected depending on the extent of the damage, due to the costs involved, and amount of parts needed for the repair.

The team at Viejita were very honest about the condition of my Nikonos which was unfortunately not feasible to be repaired. They did sell me a fantastic Nikonos V and discounted the repair cost from the purchase, sending both the new and my broken (now decorative) Nikonos V the very next day. The condition of their refurbished one is fantastic and I will be using them for future Nikonos work in the future!
